Thanks for posting this...I read this book and was uncomfortable with so many aspects of it...His review is so comprehensive and detailed...I did not take the time to really evaluate what the issues were...it is going in the recycle bin tomorrow! It is so easy for impressionable people who really want to do the right thing to get sucked in, that is why I feel so strongly about it now.
