love2read
Not no carb, just cut out bad carbs and I'm still eating around 1500. One of my kids broke the news to me today. How can I get rid of this for my meeting? I brushed my teeth and my tongue already with no success, so I guess it's gut related.
Princess Peach
For a quick fix...Altoids? I'm not sure of a long term cure, though.
AK_Mom4
Eating more veggies helped for me. Lettuce, carrots, celery, other green stuff. Seemed like my digestive system need more "roughage" to work properly!
bbmom
Drink as much water as you can to get rid of some of the ketones via urine, eat some parsley right before the meeting and keep a mint or piece of cinnamon gum in your mouth during the meeting. Julie Smith
Quick fix have a tums and something that is not acid-y. I usually go with a piece of toast. But I find a glass of milk, or a bite of ice cream also works.
Lara in Colo
Dentene PURE really works for my DH's nasty post nasal drip breath.
Susan C.
Gargle half hydrogen peroxide, half water, don't swallow. Works great! (Be prepared for lots of fizz, just rinse with water until its gone).
love2read
Thanks, I took a few different suggestions just to be safe and it must have worked because my dd sat next to me without mentioning anything.
