chickenpatty
This one is so easy and good - we use it very often! 1 stick butter or margarine 1 cup bisquick (I substitute all purpose flour with a little salt & baking powder) 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 2 cups of sliced fruit or berries melt the butter & pour it into a 9x13" pan. combine the bisquick, sugar & milk in a bowl. pour it into the pan. evenly sprinkle the fruit over the top of the batter and don't try to push it under or anything. bake at 350 until golden. so good! ktgrok
I use this one and just substitute fresh fruit. I love it, and it is really easy. I've also made it with half whole wheat flour, with less sugar, and less butter. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/peach-cobbler-iv/detail.aspx
