Tell me this is normal... 8 yo pees in his trashcan

EWWWW Zach's gone outside behind a tree when he's been playing outside and waits too late to make it inside (or is too LAZY to go inside).....when my nephew was like maybe pre-teen he used to sleep walk and his mom caught him peeing in the fridge one night....EWWWWW lol..... :001_huh:

Oh, yes. Our cat's litter box was beside the commode in the boys' bathroom for a while and the youngest decided to try it for himself. He emptied it, cleaned it, and mopped the bathroom floor, too.... It's not a water gun, to be shot at will....

My potty-training 3yo peed in my ds8's box of legos. :001_huh: Ds8 was NOT happy when he found out. My ds8 himself will go outside if he doesn't want to take time out from is playing to come inside. :001_huh: I think it's a boy thing.

Oddly enough, yes. I even blogged about it a few years ago. There was pee in the trash can that sits RIGHT beside the toilet. I was totally :confused:. It only happened once, though.

Umm, just to set the record straight this is also, sometimes, a girl thing. DD has found some very creative places to pee. Like the garbage can and the basement drains, the diaper pail and outside in full view of the entire neighborhood. She must have learned it from DS, whose specialty was laundry baskets. Wicker ones that absorb the stench.:ack2:

 

So, if any of you are out there (Mothers Of Daughters Who Pee in Unacceptable Places) you are not alone.:D

 

BTW I assure you all that this is *not*,despite appearances, a case wherein the children's parents were lax in toilet etiquette training. Just dumb luck. LOL!
