ProudGrandma
if the concept is easy and your are pretty sure your child will get the concept, do you watch the DVD anyway??
Mrs Mungo
Yes, because it usually builds on itself. You don't want to get to something they won't understand and have to watch 3 or 4 videos that explained the method when it was easy.
thescrappyhomeschooler
We watch all the lessons on the DVD because my kids would rather hear Mr. Demme explain it than me.

Night Elf
if the concept is easy and your are pretty sure your child will get the concept, do you watch the DVD anyway?? Yes, but then we usually skip the worksheets. The dvd presentations don't take very long but I'm not going to spend days on a concept that my child has already mastered. kchara
We watch all the lessons on the DVD because my kids would rather hear Mr. Demme explain it than me. :iagree: If I think they have it, I allow them to do all of the worksheets in one day, and move on the next day. If they don't, they only complete one worksheet a day until I am satisfied that they get it, and then we move on.
