Its been a delay of a day or two and they get shipped out then, but I've never had a whole order do that ... Due to the recent radiation scares related to Japan, many in California are buying the same supplements for prevention/protection. I doubt it is a normal situation for Vitacost. Swanson is the only place we order form now. Lots of promos really make them inexpensive, plus we are very satisfied with the quality.
