Compiling a list of homeschool resources, please add your favorites!

I was wondering if you all would like to share ideas of websites you find useful, anything having to do with homeschooling in general, or even specific subjects.

I am helping to prepare two workshops for a homeschooling conference at the end of the month (Homeschooling 101, and Curriculum Show and Tell), and we'd like to compile a list of web resources for participants. I have a list going, but thought I would ask all of you for additional ideas.

Thanks, please feel free to send along anything that you like. Don't be shy, we'd like to see what you like, what you have found helpful...and make a large list available to others.

If you'd rather not post publicly, please feel free to send a private message to me.

Thank you!

It's early yet and I haven't finished my coffee yet! :tongue_smilie: But lately I've been enjoying http://www.freelyeducate.com/ and http://www.homeschoolfreebie.wholesomechildhood.com/about/. Now if I could just come up with a way to remember what I have downloaded and actually use it!!!!

Wow, thanks for posting about freely educate! The free math card sets look awesome!

www.schoolhousetech.com (This has the free math worksheet maker I use.)

www.donnayoung.org Love her free Apologia schedules and graph paper.

www.dominionfamily.blogspot.com My favorite homeschool blogger. She hosts discussions on books about education, including Norms and Nobility last year. And she inspired me to reinstate our morning together time.

www.pinkmonkey.com Recommended in WTM. This gets me through book discussions when I haven't read the book or read it a long time ago.

http://www.quia.com/web A lot of learning games. We use it for Latin flashcard games for Wheelock and LC.

http://thelatinschool.org/summerreading Highland Latin School's summer reading list.

http://homescool-ed.blogspot.com/2007/04/sonlight-books-arranged-by-well-trained.html List of Sonlight books arranged according to WTM four-year cycle.

http://ocw.mit.edu/index.htm MIT open courseware has been useful for high school science.

There are a lot more like this for high school. If you're looking for that sort of thing I can try to post more later.

ETA: http://www.redshift.com/~bonajo/ Paula's Archives -- a list of links to all kinds of information

Is there a specific type of website you're looking to list or is it going to be a conglomeration?
