Renthead Mommy
Tuesday I pulled the pork braciole out of the fridge, started to brown outside as I read the cookbook and realized it was supposed to cook like 2 hours. Um not going to happen. Finish browning, put it in the fridge and ordered italian. Wednesday I put it in the crockpot at 3 with tomato sauce and extras on high. At 6:30 I plated it up and found out the inside was still not cooked. Back in the fridge, pull out the takeout leftovers. Tonight (Thursday) we already planned to go out. So, if it was pan fried one day, then partially crock pot cooked the next, sat another day in the fridge, would you eat it if you put it in the crockpot (again) on Friday and cook it all day? Tuesday to Friday? I've got a lot I need to do this weekend. Puking is not on my to do list! I'm asking too much of this pork aren't I? Mrs Mungo
Err...no, I probably wouldn't. It was thawed on Tuesday, it won't be fully cooked until Friday, and it's pork. Partially cooking it twice already? I vote no.
HayesW
I am REALLY lenient on whether or not I eat stuff, but I would toss that pork in the trash post haste.
Slartibartfast
No, I wouldn't.
Random
Nope. Because it's pork and been thawed all week and partially cooked twice. And it's pork.
Unicorn.
Agree. Partially cooked pork and chicken should be tossed; do not attempt to "finish" cooking on day 2 or 3.
Renthead Mommy
Hmmm, not often do we have a complete consensus on these. There is usually at least someone saying they'd probably go for it! LOL! I had a feeling it needed to go. Oh well. See this is why I hate cooking. There is always some issue. It' so much easier to just eat out! mom2denj
No, I definitely would not!!
Classical Country Mama
Yes, sorry, but what everybody else said. Not a chance. And I eat food off the floor without a second thought.
