ereks mom
It's been stored in my pantry, and the can isn't damaged. The date on the can is a "Best Buy" date, so wouldn't that mean that it's still safe, just might not be premium quality? The brand is Libby's, that makes a difference. OnTheBrink
I'd use it, provided there's no rust or dents in the can.
NoPlaceLikeHome
I'd use it, provided there's no rust or dents in the can. :iagree: We did just the same several times in the past month and we are still here:D
Tap
I would go by the condition of the can. Does it seem swollen? When you open the can, does it seem to 'pop' like there was pressure inside? If yes, then I would toss it. If no, and the pumpkin doesn't smell off, then I would use it.

Margo out of lurking
I'd totally use it without a second thought.
emubird
Use it. But with pumpkin, I always check that the can "sucks" when I open it. I've had cans of pumpkin (not even expired) sort of explode when I opened them. The cans weren't swollen.
