razorbackmama
From what I understand, I don't THINK it matters. FWIW, my ds is doing Fallacy Detective first.
Melissa in Australia
I am only doing Fallacy Detective, then I move on to Harnadek's Critical Thinking book 1 &
mazakaal
I had heard that Fallacy Detective is supposed to be done first. I checked the intro to TT, and it says that FD was written first, but it doesn't say that it has to be completed first.
southcarolinamom
We did the FD first and then the Thinking Toolbox .... it was a GREAT way to teach logic in a fun, interesting way. ;) And earn 1/2 high school credit in the meantime. mazakaal
So what qualifies it for 1/2 high school credit? Could it count as high school credit for a 7th grader?

angela in ohio
FD was written first, but TT was intended to go before it. However, it doesn't make a huge difference. We used them for 6th-7th grade, with some other resources, before moving into Into/Inter Logic.
mcconnellboys
I don't think it really makes a difference, but we did TT first and then FD.
