Cooking Turkey Breast in the Crockpot

Recommended Posts

I've done several. I just put the breast in and sprinkle some poultry seasoning on the top. I don't add any liquid. I use a thermometer to let me know when it is done. I use the boneless turkey that looks like a roll (not sure what they call it exactly but it is in with the big turkeys). Turns out yummy!

I put mine in at night before I got to bed..froze solid. It is done by morning and you will have wonderful juice to make gravy with. Because I cook it frozen, I don't add seasoning, however, i am sure a bed of onions and celery, possibly even some citrus underneath it wiht some spices would only enhance the flavor.
