KatieJ Posted October 26, 2010 Share Posted October 26, 2010 BROCCOLI CASSEROLE Printed from COOKS.COM 1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey 1 head fresh broccoli 1 c. rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can milk 1 sm. onion 1 c. grated cheddar cheese Brown meat and chopped onions. Cook rice according to directions on package. Cook broccoli until just tender. Combine with remaining ingredients and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. angela in ohio Posted October 26, 2010 Share Posted October 26, 2010 1. Throw away the soup. 2. Saute the onions and garlic in a bit of butter. Add some salt and pepper. 3. Mix that with the raw turkey. Form into small meatballs. Bake or saute gently. 4. Cook the rice, steam the broccoli. 5. Load the rice, thent he broccoli, then the turkey meatballs into a casserole dish. Sprinkle a bit of cheese, if you have it, over the top, and bake just until the cheese melts.
