Testing is done.

Recommended Posts

Now to get through the next week and a half while I wait on the results.

Originally, they were going to do the WISC-IV and the WIAT. My 9yo's test was changed, however, after he did the WISC to the WRAT. When I asked why she just said that at times they change the test to better accomodate the child.

The also added in the Adaptive Behavior Assessment System for the two youngest. I wish I hadn't looked that one up, even though I kind of knew what it was for (based on the questions.)

I guess I'll know what is going on soon.:001_unsure: They'll have speech evaluations on Tuesday and OT ramps up to 3 hours a week next week. We're going to have a busy summer.

Just checking in to see if you had your meeting. If you want to keep it private, I understand! I was just thinking about you.

Next Tuesday at 1pm. My mom and aunt are keeping all the dc and I will drive the 2 hours south alone. That will also give me 2 hours back to process what I find out.

I said to someone yesterday that I am not sure what "good news" would be. I figured out today that it would be simply a specific disability in reading. That isn't likely for the younger 2, but more likely for my 12yo.
