i.love.lucy
That is all, really. I didn't eat much for dinner and am now fighting off the muchies BIG TIME. Late at night is my baaaaaddddd time for sneaky snacking.:leaving: I want some :lurk5: but I better :chillpill: and have a cup of tea instead. he he - fun with smilies
specialmama
Go for the tea. You know how it goes. If you give a mom some popcorn, she's going to want some salted butter with it. If you give her some salted butter, she's going to get thirsty. If she gets thirsty she's going to want a large Coke (or Pepsi) with ice in it. When she gets the ice, she'll see the chocolate ice cream... ah, it's all downhill from there, honey! Stick to the tea!
plain jane
Life is short, go for it! ;) I have a good friend who really enjoys a big bowl of Fruit Loops every evening. I gotta agree with her there- they make a nice midnight snack. :D

EthiopianFood
Eat raw veggies or fruit. I can't see how that could be bad! It won't be like eating snack foods, but at least you won't be hungry. :)
missmoe
Have your big cup of tea--I'm heading to the kitchen to make me some too. I really really really want to eat the extra biscuit sitting in the kitchen right now, but I'll skip it if you skip the popcorn(which by the way sounds really good to me also, but I'm too lazy to make it right now). Okay, its late--if I just went to bed I wouldn't be thinking about food.:tongue_smilie:
Melissa in Australia
chew gum. your moth is then busy, and gum tastes awful when you try to eat at the same time.
