home4school
Chocolate or Chocolate/Peanut Butter? Do all fudge recipes call for marshmallow creme? I don't think I like that stuff! Thanks! Kim
ladydusk
Easy Fudge 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 bag chocolate chips 1 oz (square) baker's chocolate 1 tsp vanilla pinch of salt Melt together. Pour into 8" square pan (sprayed or lined with parchment). Let set, cut. Easy, yummy. Probably not really "fudge" but always a hit here. I like to let it set up in cookie cutters for a pretty Christmas gift.
Guest Katia
1 can of store bought frosting - your choice of flavor 1 pkg. of chocolate chips - your choice of flavor Put in a pan over med high heat and melt stirring constantly. Pour into 8x8 pan and let harden. (I stick mine in the freezer for 10 min. or so) Does not need to be refrigerated and will stay hard. This is our favorite recipe and the easiest I've ever seen. We like to try all the different flavors and have come up with some that we all love. For your choc/peanut butter, you could try milk chocolate frosting with peanut butter chips. Create your own personalized flavors. It's fun and easy. For a 9x13 pan, just use two cans of frosting and two bags of chips.

Caitilin
I don't care for fudge myself, but my mom makes one that is based on, I think, cream cheese. Probably similar to this one...

stripe
Chocolate or Chocolate/Peanut Butter? Do all fudge recipes call for marshmallow creme? I don't think I like that stuff! What do you mean?! How is that possible? It doesn't taste like marshmallows, though, when made into fudge.

Use the recipe on the jar of marshmallow creme. Makes the best fudge! And super simple. Sweetened condensed milk gives me a headache right away. This stuff doesn't.
