I need an inspiring health/fitness book to read.

I don't really want a "how-to" sort of book but rather a story of someone who got off their can and made it happen.

 

Something that would inspire me to keep moving, get outside, go for a walk in the dead of winter when I really just want to hibernate.

 

Any suggestions?

I really like Prevention Magazine. Good suggestions, success stories and workout routines.
