diaperjoys
We're using HWT for printing, but their cursive looks strange to me, so we're looking for options. What is your favorite??
Fran51
We use Zaner-Bloser and are very happy with it.
clwcain
SmithHand. And I've just posted extensively on it here. Inexpensive. Effective. Elegant.

inactive
We, too, had tried HWT -- it just didn't "flow" for my son. There were too many letters that were formed/looked different than traditional cursive. I wanted him to be able to recognize/read more traditional cursive... so, we switched to BJUP Handwriting and he now has BEAUTIFUL cursive. (neater and more pretty than both his older sisters) :)
Deborah
I second Pentime Handwriting Series!!!
WishboneDawn
Peterson Directed. It starts with having kids make the movement of writing in the air rather then just on the sheet, breaks down letters into rhythm, insists on the importance of grip and posture, doesn't have kids trace letters at all and lastly, really improved my own cursive to the point that I now get complimented on my handwriting. The materials are a little confusing at first but I haven't seen another program like it - lots of practice and discipline.
Matryoshka
We've used Getty-Dubay Italic from the very beginning through the last workbook, and have been very happy with it.

meet me in paris
We've tried just about everything, but finally found Getty-Dubay Italic and are sticking with it! It's beautiful, and for the first time my girls have very readable handwriting.
Jennefer@SSA
We love Classically Cursive by Veritas Press. We love the focus on Scripture. The books are well made and the pages are thick enough to stand up to lots of erasing without tearing.
