I then returned everything I had just purchased at Target. The prices at Walmart were a lot better. They kids were all happy because they were getting new school supplies ... and scanning school supplies is SO easy. ... and yes, Wal-Mart has the best deals at back to school time (most of the time actually). Pam L. Posted July 31, 2009 Share Posted July 31, 2009 I don't have access to a Target - but my Wal-mart has had some things super cheap for about a week and a half now. Their prices have fluctuated slightly. I don't know about the rest of the country, but the Staples store nearest me has a special Teacher Day on Saturday August 15th.
