Karenciavo
I saw Singapore Math published by Frank Schaffer at B&N last night, there was also a word problems book. Anyone look through these yet? I didn't have the time to look through them myself.
jeri
So surprised! I was at the Base PX in Germany though. I flipped through them but I'm much too much of a purist to change now. I'm sticking to the 3rd edition (or whatever the originals are called). jeri

Johanna
all I know is those word problem books look really good...I love that the solutions are in the back of the book! I am supplementing TT6 with them! Does anyone have a link to the topic a couple weeks back???
Jen in PA
I noticed them last week while helping two very crabby kids choose some books, so I didn't really get to look closely. I'm very curious about how well they line up with the PM books.

HappyGrace
Grrrr.....I am just starting out with Singapore and just bought all the CWP books before they would sell out. Now I'm liking these Word Problem books much better in that they show the solutions with the bar models! I am going to get these too and do them first at each level to get us used to the word problems and then move to the CWP book for the level after that! LOVE the solutions! Where are they selling these at the best price?
djsmom
Amazon has these for $10.18 w/ free shipping if your order totals $25.00 or more. Otherwise, shipping is $3.99.
