Check and see if you can find any other phone numbers for them, like through bbb.org. If you have paid with a credit card or paypal, if you can't get a respond, refuse to pay if charges show up. I just typed in the main address with city, state, and zip (I left out the suite #) and I got lots of hits on Yahoo (I don't Google :tongue_smilie:), and while the company's website shows up (sans phone contact), I also found other tenants in the same office area with their phone numbers. One was a large animal vet, and anther was....an attorney. ;) Maybe one of them can give you the phone number of that company? There is also a UPS store there. Or call that city's information?
