I only have one child. And the entire living room is currently a battle scene of Legos, MegaBloks, antique Star Wars toys, army men, and miscellaneous other items. If I move anything, I get in trouble. And DH plays with him, so it's all good. I didn't even vacuum before the grandparents came over for his birthday, because we would have had to deconstruct the battle scene. And it took too long to build to even go there. I only ever go in there on the weekends anyway. With a book, on my corner of the couch.

DS just pointed out that our Webster's, which I have had since I was a kid, says, "Property of the U.S. Government" in gold lettering on the front. Huh.

My company got bought by a UK based company a few years ago, and DH switched over to my insurance. Is going up a bit this year, but great coverage compared to his company's, which gets worse every year. ACA only made things worse for his coworkers. I also get vacation time similar to most European companies.

DS is seriously pissed at me right now for making him look up words TWO ways - on the iPad, and - GASP!!!!! - in a gosh darn dictionary. I'm oozing evil right now, I tell 'ya. The horror!

Good morning, all! It's a lovely day. Going to try to function on 5 1/2 hours of sleep. Beginning of the week, so I may be all right. Hopefully. Oh, day 11. 6 am. Sunrise was a C-. It tried, but fell flat. Someone, somewhere else got my beautiful sunrise. I shall survive; I shan't dwell on it.

Good morning! Exercise Day 10. I had to roll myself out of bed after pressing snooze (Once? Twice? I can't remember...), but I did it. And was rewarded with another lame sunrise. If I am going to get myself up to go jolking, the least the universe could do is adjust the wavelength of the morning light and perfectly arrange the molecules and small particles in the atmosphere to change the direction of and scatter said light rays, thus providing me with a colorful sunrise. Am I right? Geesh. I'm doing the hard part here, people.
