What USA school grade is a summer birthday just turned 7yo?
I was thinking second grade for the coming year but maybe I'm wrong?

My 7 year old son weighs 38 pounds soaking wet.
Well, and I wouldn't be too worried that he couldn't tell you that his ear hurt. Probably he feels stuffy with a bad headache and can't really articulate that.
Nothing in your post makes me feel very worried. I'm not big on giving medicine for every little sickness, so I probably would stop giving him the benadryl and whatnot. (I live abroad and they absolutely do NOT give abx for ear infections here). Let him rest and give him lots of fluids.

I don't have them but it's not a big deal, don't worry. You'll stand on some foam to get a mold of your foot and then in a couple of days they will have a specially made insert for your shoes. IIRC you can choose inserts for sporty shoes or for dress shoes.

My kids are not very interested by cutting and pasting. I've seen some online and they look very beautiful but they're not our cup of tea.

We make sure that they EAT before doing anything else.
We take lots and lots of breaks. LOTS. LOTS OF BREAKS. I can't emphasize this point enough.

I remember one time a friend told me, "Check out that lady with the Kate Spade bag."
And I was very perplexed. Do people know which kind of bags are made by who? I'm sorry, I made my bag with old curtain fabric. If someone is trying to impress me with their name brand stuff, I'm sorry but it's all lost on me. I would never notice something like that.

Saute some onion, mushroom and finely chopped zucchini before adding the eggs. The flavor combo is wonderful.

Put them in your checked luggage. It depends whether they will be confiscated or not. We went through one airport with pb (sealed) in the carry-on and they said ok; the next airport confiscated it.
