  1. We had one. Had a lot of the problems people mentioned. Always had to clean around the front seal. Like every load, or set of loads. And that didn’t happen, so it got really gross. We had problems several times with leaks. Needless to say, we got a top loader after the front loader conked out on us.
  2. Good Morning!! COFFEE!!!~D Sunday!! This is one time I am very thankful for DST. We are up early to go to Baby’s cheer competition in the Big City to the South. We have to leave at 7:10am, so that extra hour of sleep was nice.
  3. Honestly, I don't know why people have such strong opinions about DST. I don't really care one way or the other.
  4. Mooooommmmm....Susan's doing math stuff. It's a Mathy Susan Booya/h.
  5. You'll be just fine. Just pay attention and follow the recipe.
  6. I have all teens for the next 4 months. DS will be 20 in March. Baby just turned 13 3 weeks ago, so I’ve got 7 years to go. I actually love the teen years. The girls are fun to take places and seem to have a good time together.
  7. Good Morning!!! COFFEE!!!!~D (with peppermint mocha creamer. It is the holiday season) Saturday!! Busy busy!! Tonight is Winter Formal and DD1 is going. We have to pick up the boutonnière and her friend is coming over to do her hair sometime today. She’s got a lovely dress. Navy blue velvet I ordered from Dillards. it looks fantastic on her, but then again, she’s a tall, leggy, gorgeous 17 year old girl. Everything looks fantastic on her. The slit is a little high, kinda makes me look like a bad mom, but I am so tired, I don’t care anymore. Baby has cheer this morning, a football game tonight and cheer competition tomorrow. Ugh. I will be glad when this is over. My in-laws are moving to assisted living at the retirement village in my town. So, DH and DS are helping with that. I have to do some housework and make sure everyone is where they need to be. I found some kind of a soup recipe that looks good, so I will put that in the crockpot so we have something to eat when we get home from the football game. And I have to make sure the kitten is fed. Screech is really getting big and cute.
  8. We do. I got the gross stuff that nobody likes so I wouldn't be tempted to eat it.
  9. I did that yesterday. it’s nice that they make it so easy.
  10. Good Morning!!! COFFEE!!~D Fri-yay!! School and work. Park Day today for work.
  11. I really need my highlights redone, but I don't have time for that.
  12. I can’t believe I didn’t watch the World Series this year. I would have had to go for Arizona because #nationalleague.
  13. Good Morning!!! COFFEE!!~D Friday Eve!! School and work.
  14. Good Morning!!! COFFEE!!~D Humph Day!! And it is also November 1. Svengo!!! We have a professional development day at work today. Woohoo.A whole day in front of Zoom. We had about 20 trick-or-treaters last night which was about 20 more than we’ve ever had. The girls all went out and had a good time. DH and I stayed in and passed out candy and watched “Arsenic and Old Lace” which is so hilarious.
  15. Good Morning!!! COFFEE!!~D Tuesday!! Happy Reformation Day!! Is that a Playmobil Martin Luther, Susan!! School and work. I meet with a couple of families today. Girls have soccer practice this afternoon. They want to go trick-or-treating tonight. We usually go work at our church’s Fall Family Fun Night, but I am so beat that I just couldn’t. So, we are staying home. And having taco soup and watching that old Halloween Classic, “Arsenic and Old Lace”. I love Carey Grant. We usually have no trick-or-treaters on our side of the subdivision, but i have candy just in case.
  16. Come out and I will be your tour guide. I will show you all the things. It might take about a month.
  17. Good Morning!!! COFFEE!!~D Monday!!😩😩😩 Work for some, no school for others. The girls’ school is having a professional development day, so they have no school. We made it home from the coast yesterday. Morro Bay is so beautiful. Tons of people and we got stuck in traffic for an hour and a half trying to get back from Morro Rock, but other than that, it was a nice weekend.
  18. California. At least it has the most variety. Yesterday I visited families for my job in The mountains, near Kings Canyon National Park. Breathtaking granite canyon. I'm still in awe and I go up there all the time. This weekend I am at the Central Coast with my middle daughter. Absolutely beautiful. Here's DH and me in Yosemite last winter. It was so beautiful up there.
  19. Marching bands. I live in a relatively small town and we have the "R- Fiesta" every October. It has a huge parade and then vendors and games at the park. The parade has probably half a dozen or more marching bands. Those are a necessity. Also, all the elementary schools enter floats and every fire truck in town goes down the street.
  20. Good morning!! No COFFEE!!!~D yet. I need to go down and get it. Middle DD and I are at the coast still. Had a great day yesterday. We toured Hearst Castle. DD really loved that 1920's-30's Hollywood Vibe. Had dinner at a yummy restaurant with an ocean view and watched the sun disappear into the Pacific Ocean. We'll go home today after lunch.
