    No, I don't believe it's a sin at all. I think it's sad because people have died to give them that freedom to vote, but within that they also have the freedom to not vote. I guess that you could apply this (to yourself only though). The New Testament definition of "sin" comes from the Apostle James: "Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin" (James 4:17 NKJV).

    I'm pretty sure that they are open year round. Of course, get some good Mexican Food. It is nice to also take a dinner cruise on the river. You can go to the Tower of Americas. They have an observation deck that you can go up to. I went there as a child and have very fond memories. It would/could be likened to the Space Needle in Seattle. Fiesta, TX is also there as well. HTH

    The only thing that I can think of is all of the junk you have to go through now to fly in this country. Other than that, my family all lives near Houston, TX and dh's family lives here in San Diego so we were not nearly as affected as those in the northeast. I'm sure that for some there, this day must bring some awfully bad panic attacks. Does this help?

    This day also has my heart aching for those that were affected in the Oklahoma bombing as well. Perhaps that one is overlooked more than it should be. :( It's all terrorism.
