  1. 4 babies all weaned between 14 & 18 mos. I weaned usually because I was ready to be done, though my first self-weaned. No trauma to anyone involved.
  2. Thank you both for the responses. The MEP pages are perfect. I never have been good at navigating their site, so I appreciate the link.
  3. I am wanting to move my DD from Singapore into AoPS Pre A next year, but have noticed the need to have covered negative numbers. Singapore has not touched this yet, so I'm needing something cheap to teach negative numbers over the summer. I could just teach it w/o a resource, but I've got a full plate right now so just don't want to. Suggestions? Are negative numbers covered in any of the Key to books? Anyone else familiar with any other gaps between Singapore 6 and AoPS Pre Algebra?
  4. That would be included in option 1: making change for yourself.
  5. And to add: I have 4 daughters. 1 likely has dyslexia and 2 likely have differing degrees of ADHD. I would have never in a trillion years guessed my ex-h had either. Turns out he probably has both. I never saw it.
  6. But are you okay with this? You seem like you are very unhappy in almost every post I've seen from you. Gently-you make lots of excuses for not accepting advice. You have 3 choices: take control of your life and your happiness by demanding &/or creating change for yourself and not accepting his "traditional" gender role beliefs; offer him an ultimatum to either become an involved, helpful member of the family or don't be a part of the family at all; or accept your current role and the unhappiness it brings you. It is unlikely he will change. I don't mean that to be harsh. I've been where you are (to a lesser extent) and finally had to make choices that were best for my physical, emotional, and mental health.
  7. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who hates the open shoulder look. I don't know what it is, but I think it's horribly ugly. An it's everywhere. Yuck. I do like ripped jeans. I liked them when they were in style in my high school days, and I like them again now.
  8. https://www.redfin.com/WA/Clyde-Hill/9219-NE-26th-St-98004/home/250481 This is my style. Unfortunately not within my price range. And I don't live anywhere near WA. The one you posted certainly does look mafia-ish.
  9. I think it is beautiful. The bathrooms and most of the flooring throughout are not my style, but I'd happily live there (if someone else would clean for me). I would kill, with a capital k, for that kitchen!
  10. I'm aware of Google site searches, but you did not previously specify that you had posted the link here before, or that it was in dropbox, or what it was named. I would have been looking for a needle in a haystack. I saw that you managed to post the link for someone else in the last day or two so I guess your "playing lazy" only applies to some of us :001_smile: But no worries, I've found lots of super helpful resources all over the internet.
  11. If you're too lazy to link them, then how can I print them? 😉
  12. I am currently using the addition book with my 6 yo dd. She enjoys it very much, but it hasn't been the miracle I had hoped. BUT we are dealing with some learning difficulties (possibly dyslexia), so that changes things a bit. I really wish it had been around when my now 9 yo was struggling with fact memorization. She would have loved the games and visualizations taught in these books.
