  1. Heather, Isabel Allende - her first book, House of Spirits is one of my all-time favorites, although I love them all.
  2. We're looking to order a king size mattress. We'll probably order it from Costco and have it shipped here. Any recommendations? Do any of these look familiar? Costco doesn't have that many reviews and I'm having a hard time finding the same mattress on amazon. Really do appreciate it. Thank you. :)
  3. Ellen Barrett: Slim Sculpt Dee, good for you. :) Faithe, yes, yoga makes me feel like a more pleasant person - more patience and just happier overall.
  4. Love this :smilielol5:. I love gifs but don't yet have much experience with them.
  5. I read You Are What You Eat - 3 Stars - a bit overwhelming and the rest of it, I already knew. I'll have to take some time to make notes of the helpful tips. I also read I Remember Nothing: And Other Reflections - my first book by Nora Ephron and I loved it - 4 Stars. I look forward to reading more books by her. One of my favorite chapters - and I honestly wish I could have done this to some rather undesirable/rude people in the past. MY RATING SYSTEM 5 Stars Fantastic, couldn't put it down 4 Stars Really Good 3 Stars Enjoyable 2 Stars Just Okay – nothing to write home about 1 Star Rubbish – waste of my money and time. Few books make it to this level, since I usually give up on them if they’re that bad. Said every reader everywhere. :)
  6. Not much help, but I did get a certificate in aromatherapy as part of my massage and beauty therapy training almost 30 years ago. Love all stuff and wish so much that I'd stuck with that as a profession. I studied in the U.K. At that time, there was much less demand and far more cynicism for all that stuff. Few respected and believed in what I did and I was ultra-sensitive in my late teens and early 20s, so I left the profession.
  7. New thread. Please post your workouts here. Everyone welcome. :)
  8. :grouphug: Hopefully this coming week will be better. :grouphug:
  9. Leslie's Walk and Jog. Me too. I hope you feel better :grouphug: . Life is just so hard at times. I wish it weren't so.
  10. This is also why I have two boards on pinterest for people who are ahem rather "difficult". http://www.pinterest.com/misspiggyi/difficult-people-i/ http://www.pinterest.com/misspiggyi/difficult-people-ii/
  11. Cindy, it's expensive as can be. I got my rebounder from them. When I get old and can't rebound anymore, I plan on getting the swing, if not, sooner. I'd love to have one right now.
  12. Yes, and even though I'm not really a cat person, except for Grumpy Cat, of course, this is why these days, books and dogs are more my thing.
  13. Crunch: Pick Your Spot Pilates
  14. Callanetics Evolution :grouphug:
  15. I just saw this thread and found it to be very timely and helpful. I struggle with midsection weight gain. I really like the look of the OP's workout plan. Thought to share. I haven't yet read all of the replies here and hope to do so later.
  16. Rebounding. Nope, nothing special. Just time to redo my henna treatment. I use Lush Henna - the Caca Noir (black/indigo) shade. Love it. Love how it makes my hair feel. I could do it all in one day with one application, but I did my research and read all the reviews. It seems to do best when spread out over a few days.
  17. Rebounding again and will be doing that tomorrow also. It's all I have time for, since these are my henna application days.
