Will soon try out a Jackie Warner workout - new DVD that I got on sale recently. ETA: That one is not for me at all. I can't jog or run in place anymore. I'm now going to do her other DVD which I really like - Personal Training with Jackie - Crunch Free X-treme Abs.

It really did make me sad to have to delete all those images. Twigs, it's a great idea. Thank you. I thought about continuing with the birthday threads, but the whole idea of having no images anymore doesn't appeal to me really. I'll wish everyone a very happy birthday, but I don't feel very motivated to start a thread when it just looks a bit bland compared to before :(. I might change my mind over time. I don't think that SWB suggested it, or maybe she did. Someone did anyway. It'll probably be too much work and I know this sounds a bit snobbish, but I don't particularly care to post images unless if they look classy and what I call Pinterest-worthy. I mean, I want them to look attractive. That might be hard to do.

Slept far too much and woke up too late. I need to get groceries done ASAP since the store has had the slowest service ever lately. The rest of the day will be hectic, but at least I get to treat myself to a Hot Stone Massage :) . Nonetheless, I hope to do something for exercise later - even if it's just 20 minutes on the rebounder.

About to do 5 Miles of Leslie. Yes, it's so much fun - especially with the guy doing the drums in the background. I just love Ellen Barrett.

Just started The Hot Zone - loving it and I find it so amusing that that and so many other titles are on the Banned Books List, never mind the fact that I find it funny that there is a Banned Books List to begin with. Apparently, The Hot Zone has been challenged because it portrays the Ebola virus in a negative way or whatever. Is there a positive way to describe it?

Thank you both so much. Not sure if they have fish oil supplements for dogs here. No fresh salmon or mackerel, for sure. They do have canned and frozen salmon. Should I try those?

Interesting article (haven't finished reading it yet) about online workouts.

Our son has a dog - three actually, but one has recently moved inside the home. Here in the Caribbean, many keep their dogs outside. It seems that our son's asthmatic symptoms/allergies have flared up since the dog has moved into his bedroom. We have very little space to put him elsewhere. We don't want to put him back outside. The other two dogs are not nice to him at all. At first we thought our son has come down with the flu or the cold, but I kept waking up all last night, thinking and worrying that it may very well be allergies . I'm trying to rack my brains as to what to do. I love this dog so much, more than any pet we've had in the longest while. If things get worse, we may have to give him away to a student friend of ours who loves him also and would take him back to her home in San Francisco. That, to me, is a last resort, and would break my heart. But at least he's very much loved by her and is treated so well. Again, last resort. She leaves in November and so we don't have much time to make a decision. We have tiled floors - no carpeting. Any suggestions/tips as to what may actually work to help reduce allergens?

She's coming out with a new one and apparently the cover will be amazing. When the covers are like that, I really don't want them on my Kindle.
