No and my sister had HPV but I am not going to get into my view on her willingness to um.......give it up so to speak. My Dr does not push it and if it were a big deal to him he would. My friend and her DH are nurse/doctor and they aren't even doing it. I do all other vacs on schedule but we skip the flu. I am too skeptical of big money/pharmaceutical.

I think they will be fine with SWI-A. I had my 5th grade public schooler do it when I yanked him mid year and it was EASY to follow. He actually still remembers some of it now.

My 6 year old loves McGuffey readers! But he is an old soul who loves anything Burgess as well.

Yes to the TV and gaming systems. The internet goes off at 10(on a timer) and the kids may watch tv at night if they use the sleep option and time it. I do not want to here Disney xd of whatever they are watching. I do monitor how much tv they watch but with activities they don't have a whole lot of down time to sit and sit. We have 2 ipads, a kindle fire, 2 laptops, a Samsung Galaxy tab and a total of 9 televisions. We have Netflix streaming and they can watch stuff there as well. With all these options....guess what? They don't really opt for tv that much. Lately the 6 year old had been playing minecraft online on his xbox with his 17 year old brother and friends. HE is the one telling them how to play! Mine still choose outside play or the pool over tv so I am good.

Nice crimson robes, Delany. Black would have been so cliche and green hair has been done.
:p
Well I needed it to be sassy and stylish to uphold my Nordstrom addiction lol

Plus how can I pad posts with PVJ& T requests for my endless search for my lost matches if you don't have a clear vision of what I need my matches for! I need to be prepared in case someone loses an ear....or a pet.....their keys....

I despise the word catechism. Makes me think of sacrificing goats or something.
I asked about the wind element here because I am an atheist but curiosity has me dabbling in the art of witchery(mentored by our own Audrey of course)

Is there an incense that does not stink so much?? I need my wind element and I love incense but some of them are too strong!

That's too bad. I wonder if she ever wonders why her god gave her a brain if she doesn't want to use it. I mean if woman were meant to be servants to men they wouldn't really need a fully functioning one. Kind of like the appendix....would have just withered to a meaningless organ, right?

Yup. Start every meeting with prayer, end it with a prayer, and if you need anything hold hands and pray for it. I don't subscribe so I don't fit in. Does it bother me? No. I have grown used to it.

You have every right to voice your atheist opinion on the board. Non atheists have every right to debate it with you or jump your bones over it, lol.
And 'round and 'round... and 'round.
No. Those threads get locked and quickly. There is no debating what is held to be true and untouchable. That is very apparent.

You know the double standard is beginning to choke me. Since I get no real input on HSing stuff(being on the bad list and all) I hope that an alternative location pops up soon.

Because being critical is OUR right of expression.
We are free to express our opinion that their actions and opinions are silly and overwrought. As long as the government isn't telling them they can't protest, we can all verbally sneer as much as we want to express our freedom of speech.
Really? Try voicing your atheist opinion on this board. :glare: Isn't it a right to think that worshipping a god is silly? Apparently not here. So there is no right to you opinion if you go against the majority grain.

I wouldn't mess with it. That child actually eats vegetables. Mine will not eat any at. all. He will eat berries of all sorts and I have been getting veg/fruit blend drinks into him. I am trying to sneak stuff mixed in with foods but I would never force a food on a kid. They will eat more as they get older. All but him love broccoli, cauliflower, and even asparagus!

I found the recipe! It is called Purple puree

I don't think the ship was close to shore....I think they were waaaay out there most of the time.
Apparently transferring everyone from one ship to another in the middle of the gulf is not as easy as it sounds.
And apparently the toilets were suppose to be working to some degree....but started backing up....again just seems like there should have been a better emergency plan
Yes and without power the stabilization systems don't work. They were literally bobbing like ducks. No way to get them onto boats safely in that situation unless you airlifted each person by helicopter...and even then.

that you can out in foods and hide it from kids? I need to sneak some veggies into my youngest.

I pull from it for several things! I just copy the parts I want and make each kid a Word doc to go to each day. The games and stuff she links to are super! There is art, music, logic, math practice....
I use it as a supplement and jump around pulling this and that.

Just to be clear, it's not a fake conversion any more, right?
yes, ummm....not sure what to do with that info either. That's falsehood on a very fundamental level in my opinion.

Ugh. Mortgage stuff really stinks. We are in an upside down house and I would love to do a refi......but the house will not appraise at what we owe. Lovely. So we are one of the responsible american families that pays bills yet cannot get a better rate. If we were to stop paying they would stand up and notice. The good guys almost always get screwed it seems. :glare:

Notice my new siggy? lol

KK I had the same thing! The day I finally said, out loud, I DO NOT BELIEVE IN GOD was so liberating. It feels good to just go with your gut and admit it after years and years of playing the game out of fear of what might happen "in the end". I started inserting "some people believe" into a lot of conversations. I am honest and tell that the way I was raised we believe x,y,and z. I them to know about the christian faith so that they are knowledgeable but I also want them to know about all other faiths so they are well informed. I tell them that when they are adults they can choose what they want.
