:iagree:This was my experience as well.

Thanks! I just requested a kit.

Sleeping in separate rooms saved our marriage. I was chronically sleep deprived and grumpy because of his snoring. Plus, he's on second shift and doesn't settle down until 1-2 am. I'm in the master bedroom and he's in his "bachelor pad".

We're both left handed. My dh is totally left handed. I'm a bit more ambidextrous. We have 2 righties and one lefty.

Mine is up. Link is in my signature.

 Haven't heard that one before.

That explains a lot.

My oldest uses an old fishing tackle box for her small craft items. We got it at the Habitat Store for $5. It has two tiers of divided space and a larger area underneath.

Now I'm feeling guilty.
I was asked to teach the kindergarten/first grade and VBS this year. I never volunteer to teach because I teach all the time at home. I volunteered for crafts, refreshments, and clean up. I know that they are having trouble getting the classes covered. I know that's why they asked. But I just don't want to. Plus it's my youngest dd's class. We need a break from each other at VBS.
Please tell me I did the right thing.

We had a bill collector calling multiple times a day about some random person. The conversation would go
Me: Hello
Bill Collector: I need to speak with Mr. XYZ about such and such account.
Me: You have the wrong number. This is the ABC residence.
Bill Collector: Click.
Repeat 2 hours later all.day.long.
Finally I managed to get in "Do not call this number again. Mr. XYZ does not live here."
Ma'am, only Mr. XYZ can request to not be called again. You do not have that authority. Click.:cursing::banghead:
We got caller ID shortly after that incident.

:DThanks for posting the picture. I was wondering what Julia came up with.

I'm going to have to do my shopping early and then join you for lunch. I need to take my dd to a party in the afternoon.

We can hardly go outside at from June to September without donating blood. They swarm you looking for a spot where you missed the repellent. That's why we school all summer long.

Let's see if I can remember. It's been a couple of years since I read them. There's quite a bit of communication between ancestral cat spirits and the living cats. They go to the moon rock to receive visions. In later series (3rd or 4th) there begins to be psychic connections between cats in the present and cats in the past. There's lots of tragedy, fights, love, hate, feuds, journeys, and quests.
My dd read the first 3 series, but she decided that the books were getting too weird.

Hmm, maybe I can arrange for my annual pilgrimage next weekend. I'm getting excited.

Also get your iron checked. Ask for the full panel and not just the finger stick for hemoglobin. My hemoglobin is normal, but my ferritin levels and iron stores were very low. A high quality iron supplement (Floradix) helped me tremendously.

Yes. Those are similar to the one he tried. It's just too small for him. A facebook friend suggested a kid's model, and I'm researching those now.

Thanks. I've spent hours looking at various models on-line. They all seem too complicated for fil. He's 84 and learning to cope with limited mobility and blindness has left him very depressed. He cannot read Braille or deal with small buttons or even multiple buttons. He had to get a new remote control for his TV and couldn't figure it out. We got one with the large buttons and raised numbers and it was still difficult for him. My dh had to spend a long time helping him feel for the on/off and channel up.

MP3 player for Audiobooks
in K-8 Curriculum Board

I've been very satisfied with Sansa Clips for the kids. They are inexpensive with no frills. I actually bought ours when woot.com had them for $10 over a year ago. They are still kicking. I download our books onto the computer then drag and drop the files to the mp3 player.
