  1. I think it varies by store, too. We have three in our area and they do seem to have slightly different inventories. Lands End is also worth checking out. Good basic wardrobe staples that are decently priced especially if on sale and/or combined with coupons. I have a lot of their Supima tee shirts that are nice enough to wear under cardigans. Some of their blouses might do the trick as well. Once you find what you like, it’s easy to reorder in the future since they don’t seem to change the cuts/sizes too drastically of certain pieces.
  2. Vacuum bags. Also... broccoli sprout pills resveratrol b12 spray nordic naturals omega 3 fish oil serrapeptase 3 32-ounce nalgene bottles in various colors Exciting, isn’t it? ?
  3. Target and H&M both have some terrific lines for not much money.
  4. Some people with ADHD improved after removing gluten in their diets. The Cyrex Array 3 test could shed more light. You’d have to request it from your doctor.
  5. I don’t know about EFT but to help develop impulse control, one method that might help is to set up intentional situations where you practice impulse control. Delaying eating a treat would work. Putting off a fun event until a chore or task is complete. The key is to “exercise” control, while imagining eating the treat or having fun later. You can read more about this in Richard Davidson’s book The Emotional Life of Your Brain, in chapter 11. Also, scheduling and monitoring tech time is a helpful skill to learn. I use the Moments app myself and try to keep my daily time low.
  6. Harvard has studied it and says it works. You can find the study by googling. To help with sleep, you could also try listening to Marconi Union’s song ‘Weightless’ or pink noise. Both are on YouTube.
  7. Generally, a diet that feeds your microbiome and maintains the mucus lining of the intestine is healthiest. Fasting properly is healthy, too, because it allows the body to “clean up” subcellular material which is otherwise inflammatory.
