Play the game you're most passionate about, especially if it's something not everyone might instantly appreciate. Be careful with games that have a lot of downtime, like huge RPGs and that. It's best to edit highlights for that kind of thing. Something like this for Flash Games is much better than a Lets Play in my mind, but just find your style. Have you uploaded anything yet? Personally, I'm fascinated by youtube and streaming gaming culture. To me it's the most exciting development in gaming and I'm far more exciting about the new console sharing features than most people seem to be.
