  9. Why don't you write\call administration or apllication office and ask them? Just in case, you know.
  10. It's not a direct answer to your question, but I highly recommend you to check out a book by Carol Dweck "Mindset: The New Psychology of Success", if you haven't already. It talks about the whole aproach of "talent" and how it's not the main thing in our skills developement. A whole chapter is about kids. It was an eye opener for me! It helps to realise how important it is to develop a growth mindset in my kids! and how to look at their success and failures, and how should I teach them to deal with those.
