can anyone tell me the best, hard clumping brands?

 

We have 3 cats, 3 boxes. They each use their own so I won't get the automatic kind. I *loved* Sams brand litter but am now a BJ's member. I don't like theirs. I haven't used any HARD clump litter that I'm happy with. Can anyone recommend that's HARD clumping and controls odors?

We use Scoop Away, and we get it at BJ's. Have you tried that brand yet?

Tidy Cat Scoop for Small Spaces really helps control odors. It seems to be a lot better than the regular Tidy Cat.

We've used that, too -- I agree that it's better than the regular Tidy Cat, and it seems less "powdery" when you dump it into the litter box, too. I hate filling up the litter box and seeing all that dusty stuff flying through the air. I always wonder if I smell like Eau De Scoop Away. ;)

We're happy with Cat's Pride -- it used to be sold everywhere, but now I can only find it at Wal Mart.

Scoop Away clumps really well, but is very dusty and doesnt' control the odor as well as Arm and Hammer.

A&H multi-cat is the best for odor control, isn't dusty, clumps well, and lasts longer, so it is our first choice. Scoop away might work great for you though, as you have 3 seperate litter boxes. Scoop away is our 2nd choice. And we have tried every brand available, as we have a Lot of cats! hth
