Catherine
I can't find any text for it in the Foerster's series so I'm assuming there isn't one. What matches well with it?
readwithem
I would take a look at Jacobs. http://www.amazon.com/Geometry-Understanding-Harold-R-Jacobs/dp/071678971X/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1231675436&sr=1-
In The Great White North
:iagree: We used Foerster's Algebra, then Jacob's Geometry, then back to Foerster's for Alg II/Trig and Calc.
YJ in AL
We have done the same sequence Foerster's Algebra I, Jacob's Geometry, then Foerster's Algebra II and Trigonometry with good success. Math Without Borders DVDs were helpful for Foerster. Yvonne in AL
Sharon in MD
Another vote for Jacobs. We actually used Jacobs for AL I as well, but I really think it is so similar to Foerster that the two dovetail very well. I especially like the Al I reviews that Jacobs includes at the end of every Chapter...we found that very helpful in keeping the AL fresh. Matryoshka
Has anyone used the Geometry text recommended by Math without Borders (which uses Foersters for its Algebra)?
Janice H
Has anyone used the Geometry text recommended by Math without Borders (which uses Foersters for its Algebra)? We used the book and the Math W/O Borders CD-rom with the Geometer's Sketchpad software. I spent a long time looking at geometry textbooks. I would definitely use it again if I had another high schooler.

Janice H
Does this set come with video lessons to go with each lesson? No video lessons, only some sketchpad demonstrations for some topics and problems. The cd-rom is an answer key and has some written supplementary material. This is not a video course.
