Laura Corin
I'll keep updating the first post with more data from the Zoe mass survey of diet and menopause. The newest info is about blood sugar control The Zoe group has asked its thousands of volunteers to report on peri/menopause symptoms as well as diet and lifestyle. Snacking: They are seeing more symptoms in those who snack more. At minute 9.30 - early data with more to come. here https://youtu.be/dAyUJ5uA3sE Blood sugar control, also sugary drinks: minute 14:03 (there's a transcript too on this page) https://joinzoe.com/learn/podcast-how-to-control-blood-sugar-spikes Edited July 21, 2022 by Laura Corin 4
Soror
Hmmm interesting. I'll be curious to see how this develops. It is brilliant they are using this large captive audience to study peri/menopause, women's health is often neglected in studies

popmom
Thanks for sharing this. I’m still doing Zoe, but not diligently. I have found the program overall to be very educational for me.
