They will have multiple levels of sessions (parent/casual, professional 1=beginner/intro/survey to 3=advanced/technical), etc. and it's a great way to hear directly from the authors of programs you've been using. They usually have round tables with parents and self-advocates, etc. as well. You're sure to learn things and find it helpful (I always do) and at this price (free!!!) you can pick and choose just what you need. OCALI =Ohio Center for Autism and Low Incidence. If you're dealing with autism or any other disability (vision, hearing, whatever), they're going to have sessions for you. The major authors and researchers are usually there, presenting about their materials, explaining how to use them. I always find it very inspiring.
