I got a boosted Walk at Home cardio, arms/back strengthening. 

I'm out of habit on my movement this week. It's so easy for me to get off track if I miss any days.

I really had to force myself to get started today (actually, tonight). Once I finally got going, I was ok. It's the starting that's hard!
