teachermom2834
I'm looking at the T 6.5 Si treadmill with iFit. (It actually comes with a year of iFit) I have used treadmills so I am familiar but never owned one because I figured to get a quality one I would be happy with would be out of my price range. But we could now swing something like this. It would be for very basic exercise doing walking workouts. I exercise regularly but I am 45 and overweight. I'm not going to be running on it at high speeds but I would use the workouts that vary speed and incline. Thoughts or experiences?
lmrich
I do! I love it. The programs are very motivating and fun to go around the world with your coach. I have "walked" or "run" in Africa, Easter Island, Spain, New England in the fall. I love being able to control the incline speed also when I want. It is super cushiony so it is easier on your joints.
teachermom2834
Thanks @lmrichThat is exactly what I am thinking I will do with it and I really think I would like it. I've been doing home video workouts consistently and I put in alot of time but it is time for a change. I am glad to hear it is cushiony. I don't like to admit that I'm getting older- but I can feel it some days!
