anyone a connoisseur on maple syrup??

Recommended Posts

The grades are higher as they get lighter in flavor. So, grade B is more "maple-y" than grade A, grade C is darker and even more flavorful. There are also variations within grade, such as Grade A Fancy and Grade A Dark Amber, which is what we currently have a gallon of in our storage.

I like Grade B best.

The kind we currently have is from Corse Farm in Whitingham, VT (just over the hill from Bennington, where I grew up). 802.368.2420.

I love grade B also. I have never seen grade C, though- where can I get that?
