Hmm.  My highly extroverted 25 year old is back with us for CoronApocalypse quarantine, and she's been advocating for an allegedly super-quiet Roomba which apparently costs $800.  

I told her that while I do understand her deep longing for another being to interact with... that's just too much for a purchased robot friend...

We keep a pair of ear muffs right on the vacuum cleaner, about $20-$25. They're commonly used to mow the lawn, at the shooting range, etc.
