Anyone used Vitamin K drops vs injection for their newborn? If so, what drops?

If you've done this in place of the injection, which drops did you use, and did you follow a specific protocol? I know in other countries, the drops are routinely used - just wondering which ones people have used, and what dosage?

Not looking to argue the risks/benefits of the shot.

With my last baby I took a vitamin K supplement for myself for the first 6 months. Baby is exclusively breastfed. One of my other babies had a severe reaction to the shot, and because VKDB is so rare, I felt comfortable just taking a supplement myself.

If the baby will be getting formula, it already has vitamin k added.

We always use whatever my MW recommends. (We can purchase it as part of our birth kit.) Generally, we are good about the first doses...and then our compliance drops off. So far ours have been exclusively BF.

If you need, I can look up what brand she currently recommends. (Our youngest is now 3, so it certainly might have changed!)
