I just read/got an email that the special pricing was done so since IIRC a bunch of people from the board signed up last year, I thought I'd pass on the heads-up.

Thanks!  I also got the email this morning...now to decide if we're keeping it or canceling! (DH is the only one using it -- but it has a lot of his current tv shows...)

I love my HULU but even though it's "only" $5/more I just really don't want to add any more monthly bills 😞

I had planned to cancel it until DD pointed out that we could get her Spotify premium and get Hulu free. So, I'll cancel Amazon music unlimited and Hulu, and get the college student bundle.

We'll probably wait for Disney+ to launch. They'll have a plan that bundles Hulu for not much more. I think we're only like 3 weeks from the launch...

Thanks for the heads up! I don’t use Hulu often, so I think I will cancel. Anyone know when we need to cancel to not be charged the new rate?

It's paid ahead so you just need to cancel before billing date.  I did a quick search, looks like it was a black friday deal, so probably just wanna be sure to cancel by Thanksgiving.
