steppingstonemomma
This may be a long shot, but does anyone still have a lightly used Microchem Standard 2nd edition Chemistry set gathering dust that they would like to sell? Tiffany
Farrar
Lol. I'll take a second one if there are two on offer. I have a QSL physics kit that's in excellent shape that I need to sell in a couple of months as well - and that one is substantially more expensive. Just in case anyone is looking... cintinative
I have a Microchem kit I am looking to sell. How can I tell what the edition is? i believe mine is the standard edition here: https://www.qualitysciencelabs.com/chemistry-labs/microchem-kit-standard-edition/ The safety goggles are missing I think. ETA: I now see that there is a 2nd edition of the standard edition. I don't know if it is possible to buy pieces to supplement the standard to equal the 2nd edition? Mine obviously does not have the 2nd edition manual. It is used. PM me if you are interested. Edited June 29, 2019 by cintinative
8filltheheart
It is possible to buy replacement chemicals (or missing ones) individually. I had my 23 yos's AP chem kit from 10th grade. It cost me something like $20 to make his kit useable vs having to purchase an entire kit.
