My4arrows
I'm looking for fun science books for DS10 to read which will teach as well as entertain. He love historical fiction so something along the same lines with stories about inventors, scientific discoveries, etc. Are there any? Insertcreativenamehere
Has he read the Who Was series? They are easy reads but my son enjoys them. There are some scientists included in the series. HomeAgain
Horrible Science Jack's Insects - two children are sucked into a book about bugs. Potentially Catastrophic Science - this one is really cool with chapters about each scientific achievement and experiments. There is a math book that goes with it if he's interested - Perfectly Perilous Math. George's Secret Key To The Universe (and rest of series) - by Stephen Hawking
Erielle
Horrible Science, for sure. We're big fans of the Horrible series in our home. :) Sassafrass Science is another, but it has a lot of mixed reviews. It seems most either love it or hate it.
