teachermom2834
I was surprised to get one advertising lab intensives a few months ago.
historically accurate
I got one this morning as well. I was a little surprised when I saw the name on the email. I wasn't a customer of Landry Academy, but the name is memorable and not in a good way. So, I just deleted without a second thought.
Tess in the Burbs
Yep. I've heard you can email and ask for a 'discount' on the classes or labs if you are a former Landry customer. Not use any old credits, but get a little 'discount'. That turned me off as well. You know you owe me money but you want me to pay some for a class? Nope.
Lang Syne Boardie
Color me unimpressed, too...what I thought then is what I still think now: Explain yourself, apologize, and make amends, please. That is how to begin to repair your reputation, and maybe eventually your relationships. People wanted so much to extend a lot of grace and be understanding, but were given nothing to work with! Why should they sign up for more, with no refund or even closure? Edited February 5, 2018 by Tibbie Dunbar

And you need to make amends.
