lexi
So I teach for VIPKID and I’m too lazy to wear much makeup. I just wear some bright lipstick and call it good. However, my lipstick smudges and wears off and really dries out my lips. A friend sells Lipsense and I’m wondering if it will work better. Who has used it? Did it makes your lips very dry? I think that’s my biggest concern. I don’t love MLM stuff but the colors do look pretty online. Lol. And if you have recommendations for lipstick options that are safe and have great color options please share! Lisa R.
Yes, I wear Lipsense and am a big fan. I do not sell it. It really does stay on all day--at least 10 hours, maybe longer. It does not dry out the lips at all. There are lots of colors and they look different on different people. It's a bit odd how that works. Do you like pinkish or reddish tones? Neutral or more dramatic? I like Carmel Apple. It is fairly neutral with a more pinkish tone.
TechWife
I don't know about Lipsense, but I recently started wearing Rouge Double Intensité and it lasts all day long. I have to take it off at night with makeup remover. It is excellent! It's very expensive, but I'm very pleased, too!
rutamattatt
I like Lipsense well enough as far as color staying on, but I find it sometimes "runs" into the little wrinkles under my bottom lip (if that makes sense). Then I feel like a clown. The key to keeping it on I've learned is to apply the gloss or matte top coat before you eat or drink a lot. Keeps the color on there pretty well. trulycrabby
Here's one that I wear regularly: https://www.amazon.com/Revlon-Ultra-Matte-Lipcolor-Addiction/dp/B017HYODFE/ref=pd_bxgy_194_img_2?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B017HYODFE&pd_rd_r=C2NN070Z9Q7WMYRTNXJZ&pd_rd_w=6wDMX&pd_rd_wg=bNqFo&psc=1&refRID=C2NN070Z9Q7WMYRTNXJZ
wonderchica
I like LipSense. You have to apply the gloss fairly often though. I also like L’Oréal Infalliable for staying power.
trulycrabby
Oh, here's another one I like; more of a traditional lipstick but stays on for hours and doesn't get "crusty" on my lips like some of the other stay all day lipsticks I've tried. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M3X7OU2/ref=twister_B01MPZOWR4?_encoding=UTF8&th=
NikiSC
I got Lip Sense for Christmas and it's okay. It smells strong and burns my lips. The color is pretty and lasts all day. Colourpop.com has very inexpensive lip stains that I like.
