JessReplanted
I’m looking for a nutrition curriculum to do with my kids. Something that emphasizes real food and the importance of fruits and veggies. And it would be great if there were workbooks to use with it. Does such a thing exist? Thanks! whitestavern
I think this is the same curriculum as fraidycat posted, just a different link. It's what I used for y kids and I thought it was fabulous. I read through it with them and we had some great discussions together. I was surprised at how much they liked it! I personally learned some things as well. Whoops, I forgot to add the link! http://www.foodrenegade.com/realfoodnutritiontext/ Edited January 5, 2018 by whitestavern
