faiths13
Has anyone used this? I would love a review. I am looking for a way for my son to continue with Saxon, but I cannot teach him Algebra. Thank you!
FriedClams
I haven't used it, but we've used Art Reed for years. He's fabulous. The lessons are short, direct, and while he writes on a white board you see him and his face. He also uses his own examples so if you need the examples in the book you can use them. deanna1949
We like Art Reed also!
scoutingmom
No idea about DIVE or other video lessons for Saxon.... but I really apreciate Art Reed himself! I emailed him, then talked to him on the phone about needing a plan for my son, and he was great! He also told me if my son is not on board with what we worked out, to call back and he would talk with him! I haven't, as yet, bought anything from him yet he took time to help. (Yes, I will probably buy something at some point.) Sent from my SM-T530NU using Tapatalk
CAJinBE
We have tried both Art Reed and DIVE. I think Art Reed is great and easy to listen to, but my daughter prefers DIVE so that is what we are using now in Advanced Math. We also used DIVE for chemistry this year and I think it went well. Maybe you can watch samples with your son and see which style he prefers. I think they are both good choices.
StillStanding
We have used DIVE for Saxon Advanced Math and Physics. It worked well. No experience with Art Reed so I can't compare.
