frugalmamatx
First time making bone broth from turkey. Made it Friday 11/25. It's been in a pitcher in the fridge since then. Has the fat cap on fwiw {that seems to matter but idk}. My fridge is set cold at 38/40 degrees as well. Safe to use today? I want to make turkey matzo ball soup! Guest
Of course it is safe - that stuff stays good in the fridge for weeks, but you can always reboil it to be sure :)
SparklyUnicorn
I would eat it, but it's hitting the max of how long I'd keep it.
catz
I'd reboil for 10 minutes, use some and freeze any left.
BrittanyM
It's definitely safe if it has a fat layer on top. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Miss Peregrine
I would use it.

Liz CA
Yes, you can eat it for weeks. I have been making chicken/turkey stock for years. It sits in the fridge for a a week and a half until we have finished it - sometimes sooner, sometimes longer.
