FaithManor
They did it! We had fun too. We got there way in advance, took ds shopping for a pair of pants, laundry soap - he gave some to a friend in need so was running low - bought some snacks for his room, took him to lunch, went and got hitched again, (ds stayed with us for the ceremony), them took him to Barrett's Smokehouse for smoked Salmon and their homemade fudge. Lots of fun. It wad bitter sweet. We really enjoyed seeing him, and he had a good time with us, but he also clearly is not missing home! He loves college, loves WMU, and has found his niche of like minded, fun loving but serious students. There was nothing but a grin and quick, "Love ya" as he raced back to his dorm with his fudge in hand.

Way to go mama :grouphug:
